The information provided on this website and during any consultation, mediation, or facilitation session is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, psychological, medical, or other professional advice.

Carrie-Lynn Hotson is not acting as a lawyer, therapist, counsellor, financial advisor, or other regulated professional. Clients are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Participation in mediation or conflict resolution services is voluntary. While every effort is made to support constructive dialogue and mutually acceptable outcomes, no specific results or agreements can be guaranteed.

By engaging with Inspiring Resolution, clients acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from the conflict resolution process.

Terms & Conditions

All prospective clients will participate in a Discovery Call and/or pre-mediation consultation to determine whether Inspiring Resolution Mediation Services are appropriate for their situation and needs.

Participation in a Discovery Call does not guarantee acceptance as a client. Carrie-Lynn Hotson reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where there is a real or perceived conflict of interest, where the matter falls outside her scope of practice or expertise, where safety concerns exist, or where the circumstances are not suitable for a facilitated conflict resolution process.

Inspiring Resolution is committed to providing professional, impartial, and ethical services and will make referrals to other professionals or resources when appropriate.
